If you've ever been told your results are "normal" when you knew something was off, you're in the right place.
I'm Susie, a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc, CPN) and certified Metabolic Balance® coach. But before the letters after my name, I was someone navigating the exact kind of health chaos many of my clients come to me with: PCOS, chronic pain, gut issues, mental health challenges, and a late ADHD diagnosis that finally made a lot of things click into place. Right now, I'm thriving through perimenopause and genuinely loving it, which still surprises me.
I spent over 15 years in corporate leadership before retraining in nutrition. That background shapes how I work: practically, strategically, and without the fluff. I know what it's like to be busy, to be dismissed, and to feel like your body is working against you. I also know what it's like to come out the other side.
My clients are mostly women who are done with generic advice and ready for something that actually fits their life. Whether you're navigating GLP-1 weight loss medication, perimenopause, ADHD, or just trying to make sense of why your energy and metabolism have gone missing, I'll help you find a way forward that's grounded in real clinical nutrition, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

What is Clinical Nutrition?
Clinical nutrition is about getting to the root cause, not just managing symptoms. It draws on functional medicine to look at how your body systems work together, where things are breaking down, and what targeted, personalised nutrition support can do to shift things.
Part of that process can include analysing pathology and other test results, but not through the same lens your GP uses. Standard lab ranges are built around what's "normal" for the general population, not what's optimal for a healthy, energised version of you. There's often a significant gap between the two, and that gap is where a lot of people are told they're fine when they're not. I look at your results with optimal function in mind, not just whether you fall within the reference range.

A few things worth knowing about me
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, and I'm a member of the Australian Association of Registered Practitioners in Nutritional Medicine (AARPN). I'm also a certified Metabolic Balance® coach and have specialist experience in GLP-1 medication support, ADHD nutrition, perimenopause, metabolic health, and functional testing.
I work with clients across Australia and offer workplace wellness programs for organisations who want to invest in their team's health in a meaningful way.
