I was diagnosed in my mid-40s. I spent decades feeling "wrong" or "other",never understanding why organisation, time management, and consistency felt impossible. When I finally got my diagnosis, everything made sense. And then I learned about the gut connection, the sensory issues, the hypermobility, the sleep problems and more. I became fascinated with understanding my own brain and body - and now I help others do the same.

I'm a Clinical Nutritionist with a BHSc in Clinical Nutrition, certified and registered with AARPN. But more importantly? I also have ADHD.
I was diagnosed in my mid-40s, and honestly? It was a relief.

Do I need to be based in Brisbane?
No! While I'm based in Brisbane, consultations can be conducted worldwide via telehealth. The online modules are accessible from anywhere.

Perfect! All nutrition and supplement recommendations are made with your current medications in mind. Safety is our top priority.
I'm in perimenopause and my ADHD symptoms are worse than ever. Can you help?
Absolutely. The combination of perimenopause and ADHD is incredibly challenging, and we address this specifically in the program. Hormone fluctuations amplify ADHD symptoms, but nutrition and lifestyle strategies can provide significant relief.
